v0.2 update

Just one small change -- one table entry from Story Move: Consequence was removed. "Something interfered" wasn't giving me something strongly evocative, and often became one of three other entries. Environment interfered? It's possible that someone is now being threatened. A person or creature interfered? That's a foe taking advantage to act. Something unexpected intefered? That could be a new complication developing. 

It's been changed to "a complication worsens", which I feel lets us investigate existing negative elements in the scene (or wider story), and just turn the heat up a little. I like that, and hope you do too!
