v0.4 release

Going to protests, sharing actual stories from Palestinians, boycotting corporate supporters of the occupation... Truthfully, I feel somewhat powerless in getting the horror to stop, but I'll keep doing my best as I genuinely believe we can make a change. 

But I wanted (needed?) another way to express my anger and sorrow, and I guess it turned into this game. It's not very serious, though dealing with a gravely serious topic, but that's probably just me trying to use humour and levity to maintain a sense of optimism. 

I was hoping to release a fuller version with more random tables and character options on 1st Dec, but real life happened. Nonetheless, I'm pretty satisfied with what's there -- I hope others are, too.
