Changes to CATS procedure for setting up.
Swapped out a few Motif table entries that weren't pulling their weight.
Replaced "PC" with "player". Cuts out lingo and reinforces that the players are their characters during play.
Moved "More Debilities" to GM section, as it's useful for rulings and low-complexity.
Added suggestions to reskin Items/Magic/Flexible Magic, if desired.
